Easter 2008
Mood:  hungry

Okay, so while Blake, the girls, and I are waiting on Jake to finish the turkey, I'm going to try out the new blog!  We'll see.  I've been doing some work on PSP and created a new scrap page.  It's a little boring, and I'm not all that happy with it, but I'm tired!  lol  It's been a long week and I have a feeling the weeks are going to go by quicker, but feel so much longer still.

So, there it is.  All the pictures are uploaded into photobucket as well, so you can get the original pictures.

This next week is going to be filled with doctor appointments, passport applications, Jake's duty, cleaning, and organizing.  I feel like 1/2 my house is going to Good Will and that the other 1/2 is going into storage!  Didn't we just do all this in November?  Shouldn't we be more organized?  Who would've thought you could pick up so much stuff in a few short months!?  TMO will be here in mid-May to pack us up, but we don't leave until mid-June!  Jake's trying to get out of the unit sooner, but we'll see!  Our plan is still to go from NC to VT, then to cross the states from there.  Spend some time in WA and AK, and catch the 4th of July BUCS game back home before we head over to Japan.

The girls are doing great!  Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if I gave everyone the updates when we took them into the dr. office last week.  Here's their newest stats:

Sarah:

20.6 pounds

31.5 inches long

Samantha:

21.5 pounds

32 inches long

So "little" Sarah is catching up to her "little" sister!  Laughing  Their speach is progressing well, for Sarah more than Samantha.  They still have less than 5 words for each of them, but Sarah's getting there.  They both say hat - minus the T, but they sign it at the same time, and they sign more and please.  Sarah can also say more & bite (which comes out more biiit).  They can also say "belbutton" which is VERY cute!!!

Okay, aparently the turkey is almost done and I still have to figure out how to get the blog post over to the main page.....  Hmmm...  I'll update later.
